About Freight Tender
Freight
Tender is a business to business site that allows companies such as importers,
exporters, wholesalers and manufacturers to place adverts for their freight
business so that transport companies can bid to move their goods. Advertisers
can receive bids for road
freight, sea
freight and air
freight. Primarily a transport and logistics advert exchange market, the
Freight Tender site is a fully interactive trading platform for the freight
industry.

- New - Return Load Section - We
have just introduced a new feature on Freight Tender. Transport companies
can now place adverts for their empty lorries and have companies bid
to fill the lorry for the return journey. Click
here to view all Return Load adverts.
- Ask a Question - Bidders can now
ask the advertiser questions about their advert before placing a bid,
and have the advertiser respond with more specific information about
their advert. You will find this feature on the main advert page for
all types of freight.
- Currency Values - We have
recently completed an overhaul of our currency exchange system.
Previously, bid values fluctuated due to daily exchange rate
changes. We have now fixed this so that the bid value you
specify remains constant. Values presented on the site will
still be converted into your preferred display currency.
- New Advertisers - If you are having problems placing
an advert, please refer to the question mark icons on the
'place-an-advert' pages for context-sensitive help. Alternatively,
download our PDF help guide.
- Bidders - When placing a bid for adverts, please make
sure you state your payment terms and any other conditions
your bid is based on in the "additional information for
the advertiser" box. Thank you.
- Transport Reps Wanted - Freight Tender are now
hiring. Transport Reps Click Here...
- Help System - We have put together an extensive
help guide for our freight exchange and advise that you read
it to become more familiar with the procedures used on Freight
Tender. Please see the Help
Guide for Advertisers and the Help
Guide for Transport Companies.
