My Favourite Loads Page

You can access your favourite loads page from the blue menu bar once you have gone into your management page. When you look at your adverts in the different sections of your management page i.e. Live Adverts, Adverts Pending Delivery, Successful Adverts and Unsuccessful Adverts, you will see the link to add the advert to your Favourite Loads page and to re-run the advert. This feature has been added to allow you to re-advertise an advert with out doing too much, therefore making it a lot quicker to place your adverts you send frequently. By re-advertising every time you want to send a load it can reduce your costs by taking advantage of any return journeys that might be available for road freight, and any space available at short notice for both sea and air freight.

Above is an example of how your favourite page might look after you have started adding some loads to it using the “Add to My Favourite Loads” link on your adverts in your management page. Every advert here is now listed by the name that you gave the advert when you first placed it. If you need to view your advert details click on the “View Advert” link. To re-run an advert click on the “Re-run Advert” link on the advert you want to re-run, if you want to remove any adverts from this list, click the red cross.

Re-run Advert

You can re-run an advert either by clicking on any of the “Re-run Advert” links in you favourite loads page or on any of the “Place this Advert Again” links in the adverts on your management page. Please see the next page for an example of the Re-run Advert page. The main details of your advert will remain the same as the advert that you are re-running, such as the description of goods, weight and the dispatch and delivery addresses. On the example below you will see that the site will pre-fill your advert name, special instructions and advert guide price with information provided by you in your original advert. You can either leave these as they are or change any of the information if you require. To re-run the advert select the new advert expiry date, the goods collection and delivered by date then press the “Re-run advert” button.
